By accessing and using MenuAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
MenuAI provides a digital ordering and menu management platform for restaurants and hospitality venues. The service acts as an interface between your venue's Point of Sale (POS) system and your customers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Payments and Fees
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time. MenuAI may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MenuAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MenuAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
